What Pursuit Fitness was founded on. Our original location was started with the idea that any individual regardless of age, fitness level or goal can come to us with 0 judgement and 100% confidence that they will get the best individual care from a certified trainer that is willing to walk with them down their path to success. Our programs are designed to the individual to help them hit THEIR specific goals. We go beyond just basic workouts in the gym and help you with all areas of fitness. Our goal is that when our time is done with each other you have the education, confidence and motivation to continue your progress on your own. Whether it's losing weight or burning fat. Building muscle or toning up. We got you covered!
1/2 HOUR SESSION PACKAGES
Perfect for the busy professional who is strapped for time but wants to stay committed to consistently getting to the gym. Our 1/2 hour sessions tend to be power packed getting as much done in 30 minutes as possible. Great for those looking to burn some fat, drop some pounds and get the heart rate up with a personally designed program and trainer to help you hit your goals!
1 HOUR SESSION PACKAGES
Great for those really looking to maximize results and willing to commit to it. Maybe 1/2 hour sessions aren't enough for you, we got you covered. With hour sessions we can incorporate more cardio into the strength training sessions to help burn more fat. Can also spend more time warming up, stretching, educating, etc. Or, if you are looking to really pack on muscle, hour sessions are recommended.
Pricing varies quite a bit based on length of sessions, length of package and frequency of training.
We have base packages of 3, 6 or 12 months. We can also modify and customize a plan based on special circumstances.
